They are free from yellow skin, blood stains, bad odor, and any foreign substances. Additionally, each chicken is clean, washed, and devoid of outer nails, bruises, broken bones, hair, burns, or black spots.
Product Characteristics: Our Halal Whole Chickens Grade A boast a pristine white skin, indicating their freshness and quality. With a shelf life of 24 months from the production date, you can trust in their longevity and freshness.
Packaging and Handling: To preserve freshness and quality, our chickens are immediately cooled down and individually quick frozen (IQF) after slaughtering. They are then blasted at minus 40°C and stored at minus 20°C to maintain optimal freshness. During transportation, the chickens are kept at a temperature of minus 20°C. Each chicken is meticulously handled to ensure they meet the highest hygiene standards, free from microbial contamination.
